Whitening Sensitive Teeth At Home

You have to know by now that around here that I’m always up for a good adventure. When I buy clothes, I really do think about clothes are up for adventure. That doesn’t mean that I only have clothes that can hold up to a hike into the mountains. But clothes that keep me comfortable and free and casual enough to explore and experience new places is definitely my vibe. I’m always chasing that effortless adventure style.

And you know what the best adventure accessory is? WHITE TEETH!! Because white teeth never go out of style and when you’re looking for that effortless adventure style, white teeth are  the best adventure accessory! They’re always ready for any adventure, even if you roll right out of bed and immediately head to the donut shop sans makeup.

Smile Brilliant contacted me to see if I wanted to try out their at home whitening system. Um, yes!! Did you read what I just wrote?!

Are you ready for this?

In order to get to the part where you can whiten your teeth with Smile Brilliant, you have to make a mold of your teeth. I am hyper sensitive to textures. More than once I’ve surprised my dentist with almost vomiting because of something that I’ve had to bite down onto or into. Dry chicken has made me throw up more than once. You get the picture.

By far, making the mold of my teeth was the hardest part for me. You need to hold the impression on your teeth for 2-3 minutes and thankfully, someone near and dear to me snapped some picture of this precious time.

I figured you would appreciate the giggle. You’re welcome.

The struggle was real. But here’s the thing, since I really do belive sparkling white teeth are the best adventure accessory that you can have, I pushed through it.

Smile Brilliant is an at home teeth whitening system. They took exactly what would happen in a dental office, and cut the cost down by canceling out the visit. Clearly, I’m a fan because I didn’t have to dry heave in front of an audience. But also, it works!

After you’ve made your molds and sent them off, what you’ll get sent back are your trays. Just line the trays with a thin line of the whitening gel and pop them onto your teeth.

The amazing part, is Smile Brilliant had a desensitizing gel too that is the bomb! Not only does it help your teeth with the sensitivity, but by rehydrating your teeth faster, it helps the whitening process too. Seriously, I love the white teeth, but I love how this gel helps you whiten sensitive teeth at home! This article – 7 Things To Know Before Buying Teeth Whitening  – gives a lot of great info about sensitivity, the whitening process, and the desensitizing gel.
