Currently Paris is melting, these are my – current favs –

Summer Favorites

Paris is always a vibe in the summer, and this summer the vibe is to melt. So bring on all the trips to the Picard for glace, sitting in the rooms with le clima (the portable airconditioners we bought first thing when we moved here last year), drinking only drinks with ice in them, and moving very, very slowly (even in the Louvre).

I’ve been in my East Coast era for a while, (I grew up East Coast adjacent -central PA) so I love the moment the boat & tote is having. They really are a classic and a great piece to have in your closet – even if it’s the extra large and you use it as a weekender bag.

Che Chuoi & Che Xoai

When I order my weekly Banh Mi, I also add in these Vietnamese treats. Che Choi is classic and it has never been wrong, but Che Xoai with the mango is sooo good.

I just need to find a salted cream iced coffee to round out my Vietnamese treats. .

Reedle Shot

I started using this within a few months of living in Korea and I haven’t stopped. I usually combo this with my A313 at night and bounce between the 100 and 300 and love the results. It’s the perfect amount of exfoliation for me.

I’ve been on the hunt for jacket’s lately, and when this one was randomly recommended on a TikTok, I went for it. It might be the coolest jacket I own.

05

I am the last person to give any sort of lip product, but influenced by the red lips of the Parsian women, I tried this Sephora lip stain and have loved it.

Perrier Prints

Walking next to the Seine, by les bouquinustes des Paris (the green shops) I saw this Perrier print and it hasn’t left my brain. There are different prints out there, and given my love for Perrier, anyone would be perfect on my walls.

poetry

I Hope You Remember

+ Book

I am not a poetry girl, but maybe poems are like books (in general). There are poems out there for everyone, you just have the find the right ones…

The minute after I listened to Josie read one of her poems, I bought her debut book. She writes poems that s p e a k. My favorites are the poems that speak to how we look at ourselves, how we present ourselves.

The Many Lives of Mama Love

+ Kindle

Hardin’s story was so interesting, so compelling that I started the book on a plane to Malta and finished it a day later – with sightseeing and exploring included. It’s so well-written and captivating.

Lara is convicted of more than thirty felonies and sent to prison where she must quickly learn to adapt to a very different world from the California suburb she’s left behind. Slowly but surely she builds a community behind bars, setting herself on a journey of healing and self-acceptance. (source)
