Travel Recommendations

Take the words travel recommendations lightly. I’m not a travel blogger. I do travel and I do write about those travels. But I don’t approach the trips that I take with a predetermined-acknowledgment that I’ll take my experience and turn it into content to share, to help aid others in their travels. And I don’t think that just because I’ve traveled somewhere, that I have any useful information to share. Unless you’re planning on driving from Serbia to Bulgaria, and then I will gladly share that the border crossing took us over eight hours. Afterwards, when I shared that information, I heard oh yeah, it can be like that. That is incredibly useful information.

With the exception of two trips (India and Bali), I have planned all of our families travels. And I plan them completely based on what we want to see, experience, and eat.  I research, looking for all the travel bloggers and their amazing content, to come up with what I think we should do. But that’s not exactly what this page is…

These are stories. Sometimes those stories have specific places to stay and eat, or things I can not keep quiet about (you’ve been warned about the Serbia / Bulgaria border), and you just might add them to your next trip there. But mostly, these are just stories and pictures of my experiences.

There are still stories to write (there’s always a story to write) that includes states and countries like India, Japan, Indonesia, Turkey, Serbia, Greece, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Poland, Spain, Morocco, Pennsylvania, Washington DC. And more about France, Italy, Germany and South Korea… I’m on it.
